Beta software may contain defects, incomplete data, experimental features, and disruptive changes. Test data may be corrected, migrated, or reset. Do not rely on the beta as the only record of valuable collection information.

Beta participation agreement
Expectations, risks, confidentiality boundaries, feedback rights, and access rules for GameVaultIQ beta testers.
This agreement is a product-ready draft requiring owner and legal review before invitations are sent. Acceptance is recorded with the application consent version.
Tester responsibilities
Testers agree to use supported devices, submit actionable feedback when able, follow instructions, protect invitation access, and avoid attempting to access other users or restricted systems.
Marketplace and payments
Marketplace interactions are not live transactions unless GameVaultIQ clearly enables live checkout and supplies applicable transaction terms. Mock checkout carries no purchase, shipping, or ownership obligation.
Feedback
Testers may provide feedback, screenshots, and reproduction steps. GameVaultIQ may use that feedback to improve the product without an obligation to implement it or provide compensation.
Access and rewards
Access may be limited, paused, or revoked for security, inactivity, abuse, program changes, or agreement violations. Founding badges or potential rewards are not guaranteed lifetime subscriptions or cash value.
Distribution
Invitations may be delivered through Firebase App Distribution or another approved channel. Testers must not redistribute builds or invitation links.
